ZERO I am very sore today, esp. in the quads, from yesterday's climb. I rode my bike to the office and back to help with recovery. On the bike rides, the legs felt very tired. I wasn't sure if I could make it up 21st ST hill, but when the time came, I conquered it! Legs got more sore as the day progressed. I'm not injured at all, just have delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). I probably won't run until Thursday or Friday.
